If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.
DO NOT return items with water damage to the packaging. Customers MUST send photos to csr@iteleti.com of the item and the damaged packaging in lieu of returning the item for a refund. Once images are received and Iteleti confirms the damage, the refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Return Policy is that all items must be in the original packaging.
All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department online through our contact us page or at csr@iteleti.com. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm (CT).

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
You will not be able to cancel your order once it is placed. Once you receive the item, please contact the Iteleti customer service team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and a shipping label. Please contact customer service through eBay messaging.
International Return Policy
At this time, all out of country orders will be considered a final sale. That means No returns or exchanges will be accepted. However, if a buyer feels the need to return an item, they must pay for their own return shipping. Order defects will be handled on a case by case basis.
